GetDock NYC does not collect, store, or share any personal data. No data is shared with third-party AI services.

Location Data

The app uses your device's location to find nearby CitiBike stations. Your location is processed on-device only and is never sent to our servers or any third party. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

Station Data

The app fetches real-time CitiBike station data from publicly available feeds operated by Lyft. These requests do not include any personal information.

Analytics & Tracking

The app does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, or any form of tracking.

Third-Party Services

The app may open Apple Maps, Google Maps, CitiBike, or Lyft at your request. No personal data is collected, shared, or transmitted to these services by the app — they are opened via standard system links. Because no user data is shared with any third party, no third-party protections are required.

Data Storage & Deletion

Your preferences (Low Risk Mode, Auto-Open Maps, Maps App) are stored locally on your device using standard system settings. No data is transmitted externally. No data exists on any server. To delete all local data, simply delete the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
